At CredoKart, we value our customers and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
4. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If the issue continues, contact us at support@credokart.com
6. Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, email us with details and photos of the product.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
